The year 1995 was marked by Kabbalists as a very special year; a year that is a historic cornerstone from which begins a genuine change in man’s relation to the world, in his relation to the wisdom of Kabbalah, and his relation to his destiny.
That change is a consequence of a process of evolution that man goes through, which compels him to bond with the leadership of creation, to take an active part in it, to rise to the same degree where he will be master and guardian of the whole world. If he does not aspire for that, then the collective law of creation will make him do it by torments that will force him to think of such questions as: “What am I living for?” “What do I exist for?”, and examine the purpose of his life and ask why is he living so poorly.
The point in the heart determines what a person does. It directs a person precisely to a single central place in creation where one should be. There is no way to escape it. Some people try, but it doesn’t work because regardless, the spiritual potential in one’s heart—that point—is truly the central point. It directs a person precisely to the exact place where this point can develop, to the place where it can really feel at home. At home, meaning, in the end, through that place, through this process of evolution, one reaches the Source from which this point descended.
We have no freedom of choice. The choice is only to strengthen ourselves on the way, to build a group that will support the pace. We can keep up with the pace, we can accelerate it. We can do this in one generation, within the 20 or 30 years of active life that we have. But without that means of Kabbalah, without the assistance of the books, it would be virtually impossible, or it would last thousands of years, so why waste millennia? Why make efforts in vain, to just go through reincarnation after reincarnation?
A strong group is a spiritual structure that incorporates each and every one of its members, and if they all come together, it can yield such an aspiration for the evolution of the point in the heart, that a person reaches this spiritual place, meaning the true purpose of one’s life—not just the purpose of creation, all within a few years.
From a very young age man starts asking about the purpose of life, but then forgets about it in the course of his life. Man cannot traumatize himself indefinitely with this unanswered question. The answer can be found only in one source – the wisdom of Kabbalah, which was available only to a chosen few throughout the centuries. Generations came and went, but only representatives of the last generations can receive the irrefragable answer to the most important question.
But even today, when Kabbalah from a secret doctrine became accessible practically to all our contemporaries, it is intended directly for those who, having matured and even grown old, do not cease to ask themselves this childish question – what is the point of my life and the life of all mankind?
People, who very sharply feel this question, come to Kabbalah. They do not feel satisfied, filled in their daily life. They suffer neither manias, nor depressions – they simply cannot reach peace of mind in this life. Why? Kabbalah gives the answer to this question.
One can only perceive as far as the senses allow. Although we have expanded the range of our senses with instruments such as microscopes and telescopes, we still feel that something is hidden from us. Whether it is science that brings us to this conclusion or whether it is just one’s own life; we (for the most part) feel that there is something more that is hidden, and whatever it is, its appeal is growing in our time.
Thanks to the progress in communication, today we can transmit new messages and values to society very quickly throughout the world. This is a crucial factor in increasing the awareness of humankind’s escalating crisis and the need for a comprehensive resolution.
Although our current problems may be prompting us to change, there is more to it than that. When we build a correct attitude toward society, we are gradually admitted into a whole new level of existence, superior to anything we’ve known before. It is a higher form of existence, supernal, a sensation of Nature’s wholeness and perfection.
